I'm so happy you received your Jessica Simpson High Heels. I just received your rating and you stated my ship time and packaging needed improvement. You really should take into consideration when you order before a full weekend that also includes Martin Luther King Day. The post office was closed 3 days, I do not have control over that. The shipping only took 5 days. Your heels were also filled with tissue paper and plastic sealed bag for water protection.
