leah121143 I’d like to accept your offer for $100 for my Chloe bag but at the moment I have all my bags stored in a storage unit and due to corona virus the office is closed and I don’t have access. I’m hoping to hear back from them soon to see what I can do about that, so I don’t want to accept your offer just yet. Would you like me to let you know if I end up getting access? aitzavalcourt @leah121143 hi! I received the purse today, it took me a while to notice it is not the same item in the pictures. Can you confirm pics and the bag I received are not the same? I apologize in advance if this was something mentioned beforehand that I did not notice.

leah121143 @aitzavalcourt You can return it if you’d like. It’s the same bag as in the pics. I actually bought it off eBay around 6 mos ago and I just used their pics to post since it was in my storage. But if you’d not happy I completely understand and have no problem with issuing you a refund once it’s initiated. Sorry your not happy tho.. I wish it would have worked out.

aitzavalcourt @leah121143 thanks for your reply. is there a way I can send you pics of what I received? I am not thinking of returning it, and since it doesn't seem to be a shipping mistake, I must stress it is not the same bag, the handles are different as well as the shape of the bag. same color, different type of bag.

leah121143 @aitzavalcourt I’m not sure what I can do to help you if you aren’t trying to get a refund? As far as I knew it was the same bag because as I was saying I bought it off eBay and later I looked at my past purchases to use the pics from it because it was stuck in my storage and I cldnt take pics. I never noticed that the bag I received wasn’t the bag in the pics or I wldnt have used them. Never. It’s weird that I didn’t notice this myself when I bought the bag. I believe u, it’s just strange.
