kellyparsons02 Hi Aj! Thank you so much for the purchase of the Michael Kors Coat! When I was packaging, I discovered a small hole in the shoulder. It is very small less than one inch. I went to three seamstresses today but none of them could it same day. I am happy to send you a photo of the hole if you would like to see and I would like to offer a $10 discount on the jacket. Please let me know if you would like to still get the jacket and I will change the price and ship out right away.

Poshmark has sent me a label to ship your coat, and has sent you one to ship my boots to me. I'm so sorry, Ive been traveling for work and I just recently arrived back home but the mailing center at my apartment complex has hours from 10-6 (I have to be in the office by 9 and my day extends past 6:30). I havent been able to even check my packages (but I have received notifications that they're available for pickup).

Second of all I travel QUITE OFTEN FOR WORK WHICH CAUSES ME TO NOT BE ABLE TO COME ON POSHMARK TO CHECK MY OWN PACKAGES MUCH LESS OTHERS SENT BY YOUR MISTAKE. SO PLEASE FILE WHATEVER YOU WANT SO IT CAN BE SHOWN THAT YOU ARE WRONG FOR BOOTS THAT I DONT WANT AND ARE NOT MY SIZ EAND I WILL BE SURE TO REPORT YOU TO POSHMARK FOR HARRASSMENT TO YOUR MISMANAGEMENT
