Aja, good morning, so sorry to hear that you didn’t receive the Tory sandals!? Poshmark gives you 3 days from when they say they are delivered to inspect and or confirm you received them. I was sad to get a low rating on such a beautiful pair of shoes! Did you reach out to Poshmark? Just curious, I’ve never had a situation like this before.

@ajaruffin now that the sale is closed I can’t see the tracking or anything, they should have arrived this last Monday I believe, I would try reaching out again at the bottom of the page on the page of the item I think it says “problems” or something like that and then there is a list of issues that might have come up.
