Hi there! Thank you so much for your kind, yet insightful review. I don’t typically sell + ship household items — my niche is more clothing, soo I am very thankful for and receptive to your feedback because now I know this is an area I can improve in! I apologize that the packing tape didn’t hold well and that the ceramic piece came detached during shipment — not wrapping that before shipping was a total oversight that didn’t even occur to me!
