noircoco Hi love 💕 just letting you know your Chanel Cleared Poshmark this week & is already being shipped to you. The ETA for the delivery is this Saturday, and just as a heads up she will arrive needing a signature. Hopefully you can make arrangements for someone to be home, if not they will hold it at post office for pick up starting Monday. Hope you enjoy your purchase 💕 take care 🥰

noircoco Hi love 💕 just another update it Looks like they try to deliver a day earlier than USPS anticipated but no one was home to receive & sign for the package. You should be able to go today & retrieve your package at the post office with your drivers license or ID, Monday is a Holiday so your next available pick up day is Tuesday

noircoco Also as an FYI Anyone with the address to your home on there ID can go to post office to pick it up, just in case you yourself are not able to & your like to have it for holiday events this weekend. akila1322 @designeraddictz Hi I appreciate your excellent follow up skills but would you please refund me as the wallet has repairs on the leather not just the creases it’s very dry and not shiny and I do not feel it was worth the money I spent. It’s leather is cracked and dry looking.

noircoco @akila1322 you are very welcomed and I’m sorry you are not happy with the purchase but it has already been accepted by Poshmark as accurately described, & in the pictures it shows the wear of the corners & in the description it says they were edges mended. Poshmark also looked over the item before you received it to verify that it’s in the condition shown in pictures & described. But At this point though it is out of my hands, you would have had to reach out to Poshmark to get that settled.

noircoco @akila1322 I don’t have a way to refund or cancel the sale once it has been cleared. So there is really nothing I could do right now regardless of the facts. They work differently than most sites, you can try to reach out but they will most likely recommend you resell the item if your bit happy with it but I can’t determine that fir sure. I would write to them & see what they are able to do for you.

akila1322 @designeraddictz I would be interested in exchanging it for a better conditioned one with silver or black hardware as I was very excited about this purchase initially. I would also provide a better review if you are interested in an exchange for an Authentic better condition similar or better WOC.

noircoco @akila1322 again I’m sorry Poshmark policies don’t allow exchanges & I would not be able to cancel the sale. Maybe since I wrote the 2nd part separately (too many characters) you wrote back before you saw my previous message. But please reach out to Poshmark so they can try a solution for you. They may give you a credit, but I can’t be sure what they would do in this instance. If they do give you a credit I’ll give you a good deal on a different one
