Hello- why the 4-Star rating?
1) Ship time-Item shipped w/in 24hrs,Shipped the 25th (Fri) was purch the 24th (Thur) and was delivered the 28th (Mon). Doesn't get much better than that.
That's GREAT SHIP time per Posh.
2) Item Cleanliness-Item was brand new, never worn, still in the pkg, with tags.
3) Item Desc-Great Pics posted down to exactly what design was on the item. The pics say it all. I even posted a pic of the package label with the description.
Unsure how I can do better

@mia0325 Item arrived Ahead of schedule of when you needed them. Item is brand new from the manufacturer stored smoke/pet free. I responded immediately when asked if shipped. Very disappointed- Unfortunately due to the National situation this is my primary income, a low rating damages my reputation. I would appreciate your explanation to understand what was expected and where the problem actually occurred since the items you mentioned were invalid.
