allisondisher @mornhinweg so I heard back from posmark and this is what they said : "We looked into the order and tracking details for you and see that this package had been experiencing tracking/routing issues with the buyer's address and USPS could not deliver the package to the buyer. As a result, the order has been shipped back to you." they are going to send me another shipping label and I'm going to try again!!
