cleoroback hey! you recently ordered a pink rip n dip shirt from me and I sent it off this past Monday. I just got an alert saying that the address was incomplete and it is currently being returned to me. Perhaps your current address is incorrect?

alainawiggins @cleoroback hey! That’s so weird, I’ve recently moved and Poshmark seems to have a hard time delivering to my new address even though it’s correct? Is there any way you can tell them to just leave it at the post office or anything? I could pick it up

cleoroback @alainawiggins the only issue with that is that it is automatically going to return it to my home and in order to resend it I would have to pay shipping out of pocket I believe. Do you know another way we could do it, maybe cancel the order and redo it?

cleoroback @alainawiggins hello, I received it two days ago and was told to notify poshmark when I did and they would send me and updated return label. Once I received it I reached out to them and it took them two days to respond, I finally have an updated label however it is identical to the original address...

cleoroback (Continued) I do not understand how resending it to the same place would work this time around. I just emailed poshmark seeing if they could make me a label that would send it to a nearby post office. I’ll keep you posted
