alainaleighd @kmmk0525 I’m very excited to wear them! Under your profile there’s a link called My Payment Methods. Make sure you upload your payment method and your return address is up to date. Once you ship your package and I accept it the money will be processed under your Balance and you can redeem it at anytime!

alainaleighd @kmmk0525 Yes! So when I accepted the package, the money was sent into your balance. Go to your profile and there’s a button for “My Balance”. Click that and then you should see the money under “Redeemable”. Let me know if you need more help!
