I'm short so u know it's even worse bc I'm short smh but I'm hoping for a positive outcome . It's seems find consistency is my biggest downfalls . Sometimes I'm good and I consistently work out and eat right and somethings I don't smh . But I definitely need to exercise more again. Hopefully I can get it together .
