beautyobsessed0 I’m sorry your palette was damaged in shipping but I did send it in perfect, flawless condition. The listing has actual pictures of the outside, inside front and back of the palette and box and there was no scratches or crumbled shades. I wish you would of contacted me first I could of sent you replacement, or PoshMark could of refunded you.
