yarield Hi! 🤗♥️ I’m just letting you know that I shipped this off on Tuesday..🥺.... I shipped it from a military installation and I think the delay may be caused by an increase in security and reduction in manning because of Covid-19... 🥺 I really hope it gets picked up soon, but I just wanted to reach out to let you know.

alanakeith @yarield hi there. The item arrived today. I didn’t realize they were damaged on the back so after waiting all this time it’s very disappointing. I can contact poshmark but I doubt they will do anything about it. I did re-check the lusting and it doesn’t say there is any damage to the item. What are your thoughts?

yarield @alanakeith I don’t know what you mean by “damaged”. I make sure to capture and photograph them as clearly as possible to avoid any issues like this. If you are dissatisfied, you can open up a case and return them. Poshmark is pretty good about returns.

yarield @alanakeith Hey, just checking if you do want to return the order. I don’t want you to be out of your window for the return. If you go under “My Purchases” click on the item, and then on “Problems/Order Inquiry” and then on “Order not as described” it will open up a case for the return.

yarield @alanakeith You can fill in the description and leave a comment, and it will give your seller (me) the opportunity to comment as well. I’ve bought items that I wasn’t happy with and Poshmark reviews the case and (so far) has always let me make the return. Return shipping is free and there’s no penalty for you.
