avergalitto i have been contacting them for days. it said delivered and there was nothing there. i am so frustrated. i loved and was so excited for them and nothing but a charge for something i didnt get i literally contacted them probably 10 times. this site left a sour taste in my mouth. if you can contact them that would be great. there has to be something they can do. thank u for your concern♥️

forgetmenotspot @avergalitto Absolutely, I will do whatever I need to. I have not heard back from them as of yet. I contacted support directly after I hit "send" from messaging you. I have received a "generic" email stating they have recieved my notification and will get back to me within 24 hrs., unless its Holiday or Weekend. I made it very clear that you Did Not receive your order and that You Have Been Charged!! I am so very sorry.

forgetmenotspot @avergalitto Ok, that was very sweet of you. And I will let you know As soon as I here from them. They said I got one to last week, but I knew it was wrong because the seller had just put it in the mail the day before. It would have physically impossible unless she drove it here herself. It showed up the day it should have (3days later) But you should have already received yours 4 days ago😕
