carmenb1 Hi. I just read your feedback and would just like to know for my reference, how I could have made your Posh experience 5 star? The bag you purchased was NWT. I had never used it. I’m a little confused about the cleanliness feedback? I also put all purchases in a protective bag in case of rain and possibly the box getting wet. I believe I sent your item out next day? My Post Office can be a little slow. Apologies. Again, this is just for my reference. I do thank you for your purchase.

You also marked item cleanliness & packaging as something I could improve on, but with the item being brand new & stored separate from anything along with me packaging it in a box with tissue paper, a handwritten note & free gift I want to see what else there would be that you are looking for improvement on.
