Ordered 11/23 and it's been in process. She did say it would go out Monday. But she said that last Monday too. I have had such good results from using this site. Disappointed that this is like the 3rd thing I've purchased and I'm having trouble getting it. I am hopeful. Have you been in contact with her at all?
