When you get it just press the problem button on your order and they will probably just have you take a picture of it and then they will email you a new shipping label. I just wanted to let you know that I just dropped the item in my mailbox hoping the postman will pick it up today since the road is getting icy here. Living in MO could have 4 seasons a day. Yesterday was in above 50 degrees. When I woke up this morning it rained & now it is getting icy and they are calling for snow later. What a weather here!
