albacorerd2b @ptrunner99 haha yes, I am a tiny woman, and my sister is 7-8 inches taller, and I think size 4-6regular will fit her well. I would buy it from you now, if you give me a free shipping and guarantee me I'll get it before Dec 3? Also is it new or used? I really really don't like gifting used stuff.. (sorry if sound like a pain in the butt with all these questions, just want to make my baby sis happy).
