Hi I sold you the UGG inserts they were brand new they have never been worn. Also not sure where you live or if the package was stuck in the rain but when I packaged it to you it was in perfect brand new condition yes I don’t take away that the shipment has taken a bit of time to go out but everything else you mentioned was inaccurate.
