justinne Ma’am, you purchased an adidas Jacket from my closet and provided me with a one star rating and stated “could improve.” Would you be able to provide some feedback on how as a seller I can improve? I was a bit confused as your item was nicely wrapped. Provided a hand written thank you note, shipped it in decent time and the jacket was in great condition considering it is over 12 years old. Would you be able to reconsider the one Starr rating? Is there anything I can do?

I have taken a picture of the scratch ( the last one ) .
