justinne Ma’am, you purchased an adidas Jacket from my closet and provided me with a one star rating and stated “could improve.” Would you be able to provide some feedback on how as a seller I can improve? I was a bit confused as your item was nicely wrapped. Provided a hand written thank you note, shipped it in decent time and the jacket was in great condition considering it is over 12 years old.
