cottalinda @pippalotta . Absolutely great deal. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they are loose around my heel. They fall off when I walk. I will try a thicker sock, but overall they are perfect and in mint condition.

pippalotta @cottalinda I don't think that's what the rating is about. It looks badly on me and I didn't do anything wrong. In my opinion it's about the customer service, and whether the product is as described. If you HAVE to give less than 5 stars you can at least explain yourself in the comments especially if it's nothing to do with anything the seller did. I'm sorry for the rant but you are the third 4 star rating with no explanation I've gotten from someone I gave a TOTAL steal...

pippalotta You can delete this listing and re-do if you want so it doesn't look bad on you. I'm just tired and cranky. I realize you are new but feedback is important. My rating and good standing is VERY important to me. I have a FIVE star closet and I work really hard at it. You can always reposh the boots, probably at a profit if you can't make it work
