hi i purchased the chettah purse for you on the 20th. I went to my post office here in Fl and they said the was a error and the package has not left the houston Texas post office. They gave me a number to call the post office but it just goes to the answering machine. Can you see what the error is and why it has not shipped. Today is the 30th of December.

Hello i am curious about the chettah purse i purchased. today is the 31st and i went to the post office and they said it has not left the houston texas facility. Due to some error. i purchased the bag on the 20th of December. Is it possible that you can see what is going on with the package. My post office here in Florida gave me the number to the Houston Drop facility but it just goes to voice mail.

@gikalomajor Wow. No words other than I’m so sorry. It is a postal center directly behind my house. I’m sure they’re closed tomorrow since it’s New Year’s Day but I will go there on the second if you still haven’t received it. I am so sorry. It was sent the day I texted you and I keep getting updates if you look in the shipping notification. Again, I will check on the second and send you a reply. Happy New Year’s Eve!

@alea69 Yeah i still haven't received it. My post office say it is in Houston Texas, at some facility ? I track the history every day and it just says the same thing every day since the 24th i believe.
