malibubabe81 @victoria9980 I am still trying to figure out exactly how this app works and the jeans I posted say sold. I didn’t want to post all of my items yet until I figured out how to navigate this app correctly. How do I see about my sold items?

victoria9980 @malibubabe81 Hi Aleah! I do apologize for not responding to your question sooner. Click on your user name on the bottom right hand corner. Then click on My Sales. It will show your sales. Then, your email about the sell will have the pre-paid mailing label. Print this off and tape on your box. Since, it’s Poshmark, the post office allows you to use the flat rate priority shipping boxes for your sales.

victoria9980 @malibubabe81 The boxes can be picked up at the post office. They have different sizes. For your next sale, you can also order some boxes from the USPS website for free and delivery is free. Again, I apologize for not responding sooner. Anymore questions feel free to ask. malibubabe81 @victoria9980 I need to change my phone number on my account because I got a new number and can’t get any verification code to redeem my funds. I don’t want to start over and I’ve emailed Poshmark about this but haven’t heard back yet. What do I do?

victoria9980 @malibubabe81 Hi Aleah! In order to add or change phone number, click on your username in bottom right hand corner. Click on My Profile, then click on Account Info. There you can add or change address or phone number. To redeem your $ click on the green $ sign on the top right. Then, click on Redeemable. Then, it will take you through the process of picking how you want your funds sent. A verification code is not necessary to redeem your funds. You can just simply get a check sent to you.

Just suggesting to not start over because you may lose the money you have earned so far. It will get easier on you as you learn more about it. Anymore questions feel free to ask!🙂

malibubabe81 @victoria9980 thank you. It let me request to change my email?,.. but when I hit add new number it jumps to want to send me a verification code to my old number to make the change. But I will wait to see what happens when I hear back from them. Thank you again for helping me out with all of this.

victoria9980 @malibubabe81 Hi Aleah! I just had a thought. Your phone app maybe acting up. I’ve known of some people to use their computer instead to make the changes. Also, after you use the computer, check to see if the app has an update available. Hope this helps!🙂
