lwaltsak @alec_fraga hello. I just saw you had an issue with the “cleanliness” and “ship time” and I wanted to reach out personally. I shipped this within 24 hours after you purchased it and as for the hat It was never even worn- I inspected it before I shipped it and wrapped it in tissue in an appropriate size box. I take pride on my items and my ratings. Please let me know what you thought was below your expectations- thank you

alec_fraga @lwaltsak Im sorry i didn’t say anything about the shipping or cleanness that was no problem at all there was only 2 reasons I left 4 stars which overall is not too bad (in my opinion) one was for the late response which I know is not much of a big deal but i take that into consideration aswell , also there was a slight bend in the bill that makes it look not straight but overall it was clean, fast shipping time and awesome response times as wellI had no problems other than that
