nidascloset Hello, Alecia. Needless to say, I am appalled by your review. As for your package being delivered to you smashed and damp- I cannot control how USPS handles items. I see that it was delivered to your mailbox on March 21st. I’m not sure if it rained that day, but I looked up the weather in you area and saw that it was cold and cloudy, so that could’ve been the reason as to why it was damp.

nidascloset As for the package having a sticker on it saying that it was received ‘damaged and unsecured’ from the post office- I can guarantee you that it was not damaged when I took it there. I make sure that all of my packages I ship are secured with packing tape, even though the boxes have adhesive strips and do not require it.

nidascloset The shirt has never been worn. All items are washed and inspected thoroughly once more prior to shipment. I did not see any stains on the back like you had mentioned. If I did see any, I would’ve written that in the item description or told you immediately if I found any after.

nidascloset I use natural polished hemp to wrap around my packages and it does have a very distinct scent to it, and the package getting damp may have resulted in an enhancement in the odor, so I apologize if that is the reason to the scent. And lastly, I am a little upset that you waited so long to mention any of this to me.

nidascloset I would’ve liked for you to have told me immediately after receiving your package. You also could have easily filed a claim to return where you could provide proof with pictures to show any evidence and get your money back within the 3 days with no issue.

nidascloset I love Poshmark and I take it very seriously. I hope that we have resolved this issue and if you don’t mind, hopefully going back and changing your review since I was not in control with some of the problems and since you are okay with keeping the shirt overall. nidascloset @aleciarae If you select the ‘sell’ icon on the bottom of the screen, it will allow you to upload pictures and create a new listing on your page where I can see the photos. After I have seen them, you can go onto the listing and delete afterwards. I appreciate it!

aleciarae I gave an honest review. I was not trying to be mean. I thought a dog had chewed on the box or something, and I was very surprised to get a package like this, but if you say it is not your fault, I understand, but I also don't liked being bullied or pushed. Now I know where the off smell came from. I thought it was pet urine.

aleciarae I cannot sell from my computer because I cannot download the app. I do not use a smart phone. I have 5 children and one on the way to care for, and so and I haven't invested into a smart phone yet. I can send the picture of the box and spots on the shirt to your email? I would really like an apology for how you spoke to me. I am not making up what happened.

nidascloset @aleciarae And I know that you were just being honest, but I was completely shocked when I read all of it because I had not seen/was aware of the damage that was done to it. I have gotten nothing but good reviews and satisfied customers since I started selling my clothes on here. I have never been criticized so harshly, especially on things that were not in my control.

nidascloset I just know for a fact that I would never send a damaged box or item to someone, and I really believe that those issues happened in transit to your house, especially since the shirt was also damp in the package and could’ve possibly cause the stains you mentioned on the back.

nidascloset @aleciarae I will respond to your comments in a moment, I just still want to clarify myself! The only thing I know that I can truly apologize to you for is the use of the natural polished hemp around the wrapping, causing that certain scent. I use it because I prefer how it looks compared to yarn, but I will no longer use it due to this instance.

aleciarae Would you like pictures sent somewhere else? You have never gotten harsh reviews, but I have never gotten such a damaged, damp package either and the package says it was received that way. That is why I gave the bad review b/c they said it was received that way. Also, I would like an apology for your rudeness and pushiness. I do not see that my review or rating is public on Poshmark. Is it?

nidascloset @aleciarae I prefer to only use poshmark to see the pictures because I’m not comfortable using anything else. And I do apologize, I was not trying to sound rude or pushy in any way- that was not my intention at all, I just wanted to get my point through to you. Your rating is only seen by you and I.

aleciarae I have to get some sleep now, and I will see what you have said on Monday. Remember, I am the customer. If I told Amazon that I got a damaged and damp package, and all the other details, they would not scold me and demand that I change my review. They would apologize, as would most other reputable companies. At this point, I will send the pictures, but I am appalled at your customer service. Truly appalled. Humility would've went a long way.

I am also not scolding you and demanding that you change the review, I said that I would appreciate it if you would change it because the damage was not my fault and I was not aware of it at all.

nidascloset If you are on the computer: on the upper right corner below the dressing room, your likes, news, and your account icons, it says “sell on poshmark” right below it. Click on that and you will be able to upload photos. You must fill in the required areas such as the title, description, category and the original/listing price. You can just add periods if you’d like for the title and description.

nidascloset For the category, I’d suggest that you just select the ‘other’. For the prices, you can put 0 so no one will buy the listing and it will be put as ‘not for sale’. Click next once you are done and it should post. Once I have seen the pictures, click on the listing and there will be an ‘edit listing’ icon to the right. If you select it, you will be able to add more photos, etc., but if you scroll all the way down to the bottom,

nidascloset On the left it will say ‘Delete listing’. If you click that it will ask you to confirm to delete it and click ‘yes.’ Then it will no longer be a listing on your page.

aleciarae "Sell on Poshmark" is not on my home computer where you say. If it like that on your home computer, then your computer is more compatible with apps than mine. Again, my computer cannot download the "sell" app.

nidascloset @aleciarae I’m sorry that I could not help you with the computer situation. The only other thing that I can think of happening to the package is it getting smashed from other packages after I put in into the prepaid mail bin that they have inside of the post office. That could possibly be the reason as to why it was it was damaged there. I am very sorry that this incident happened, and I will now start taking pictures of my packages before I ship them if this were to happen again.
