Hello,
I will check with UPS store to inquire about the package. I purchased the box from them. The gentleman stated he will put more packing to secure the pictures. He then sat the box on the counter behind him. I truly apologize for the inconvenience. I will message you tomorrow after I check with UPS store. Marvel Superheroes

@ap1125 spoke to cashier /management regarding package. Cashier stated "he remembers packing 3 pictures ". I explained that customer only received 2 of 3. Manager says the staff is good about packing merchandise. Also stated once package leaves the store they can't track it.

It's truly a taught lesson for me. Very frustrating. ...... 😐I apologize . If you see anything in my closet to compensate for the picture let me know. What ever works best for you.

@chosenar07 Could I just get the DC Superman watch and we can call it even? It sucks that the post office did that. The images are Christmas gifts for my son, so I do appreciate you trying to make up for their mess up.
