Also, wanted to get the opinion of another posher with some pricey stuff in their closet.... is it really difficult to sell high end items or is it just the matter of finding the right person for the item? I know I already talked myself into buying a Canada Goose jacket, lol

You definitely need to put some work and time into it but I’ve had a super positive experience. My higher priced items haven’t had any offers but I think that’s because there is no return policy if they don’t fit. I feel for the purchaser in that since.
