alejandratazzy @libbychai Hi , wondering if you can guide me, I have a question, I have sold my third item but unfortunately I didn’t realize that the boots had a couple of scratches , what can I do to fix this , I wanted to offer the buyer 50% discount if they still want it but don’t know how to send the pictures to them since I can not edit the listing ?

libbychai @alejandratazzy the person already purchased it ? You can't offer a discount after its already been sold. Your best bet is to contact them to explain the situation and then you can create a new listing to show them pics of the scratches . But the only way to offer them a refund is to cancel the sale and then have them repurchase it (under the new listing .)
