patsycan2 @alejandrahinojo I accidentally mailed the necklace and the bracelet to the other girl. I’m so upset. She opened up a case that she received two necklaces and not the business card case that she bought but when I looked I realized that I had sent her both packages I asked her if she could mail the necklaces back and she hasn’t responded plus she is still getting the case. It got delivered today

alejandrahinojo @patsycan2 So sorry you’re having to deal with this. Since she opened up a case, you could comment / respond to Poshmark that you did send the correct item separately and that it arrived today. Also mentioning that the other items were sent by mistake. Or if she ultimately has to return it, you could ask her to resend everything back, even those sent to her in error. Hopefully she will respond and all will be taken care of fairly. 🙏🏻

patsycan2 @alejandrahinojo Do not expect a pkg I mailed both to her. I msg’d her the pkg she rcd was for someone else & shes still rcv’g hers today. No response. I’m going to contact PM if she doesn’t rtn the necklace. I’m still going to mail u something else I just found ur address label I’m so upset at myself bc I printed her label had it on my island & wrote her address on the manual written label that was supposed to go to u. Like I said I keep my word ur address FL. I mailed it to PA.

alejandrahinojo @patsycan2 No worries Patsy, you don’t have to send me something else. Hopefully she’ll send it back and if you can, can ship the bracelet back to me. I can look at your closet to purchase another item and you can add the bracelet, that way shipping is covered. It’s just that I had found the matching necklace a couple of weeks ago and have been looking for the bracelet to make a set for my Moms birthday.
