epcalhoun I agree! Drives me nuts when someone gives low ratings because they didn't like their purchase. I have received orders that I'm not 100% in love with, but would never give negative feedback if the item is as described! Once, a girl gave 2 stars and commented "not sure if it's genuine leather." I left her a very nice comment explaining the description never stated "genuine leather." She then changed her rating to ONE star. Ridiculous, I tell ya....oh well :) :)
