@andria77 You know VERY well that the item is reported as 'not as described/with damage' immediately upon receiving it!! If you think that attack is the best defense, that can go on your consience. Good luck!

@andria77 Just to make it transparent, the damage is on the inside corners of the bag, most likely the chain rubbing the bag for a long time, it is classical damage caused by usage!

@andria77 please post the pictures of the peeling when you receive the bag, as it is already sent back. And lets hear other people what will they say about that damage, could it appear the same day that the bag is received?!! Please stop harrasing me! Your bag is not worn, and it is returned exactly as received.
