julianna2019 Hi there - sorry to hear the bottle had opened in transit! I had gotten it directly from Credo Beauty and never actually opened the box. Rest assured that the cap had come off from the travel, and not because it had been deliberately opened. I'll make a point to check on caps and taping them down in the future, though. Thanks, and hope you enjoy the cleanser!
