dienkycat6 @poland1977 I opened a ticket yesterday, bc this makes no sense... they keep saying there's a blurry or small picture... and that is not the case, I have checked, re-taken and same thing.. the Support team is working on it now for me behind the scenes... I am so sorry.. this is just crazy
