sanamu @petitevanessa: I was happy to see how you pack the clothes, and to read the note you are saving to adopt a child. My son was extremely happy with the winter jacket as he opened your nice package. However, I had to disclaim about the cleanness/hole just so you can improve the next sales! I'm not returning the purchase. I totally support the idea of reusing and recycling! It wasn't my intention to make you sad... my best wishes to you and your family!

jules669 Please show me what is "damaged and dirty" re: the scarves. The scarves have never been worn. I don't wear scarves. I bought many as gifts in Paris and these have been only boxed since returning. You are welcome to return the items for a full refund because your comments are untrue. Please note, as it states on my site, I video all items as I package, for reasons like these.
