ychalifoux I'm sorry if it's not the brown you wanted, I would be very happy to have them returned for your credit. That is how it is handled by Poshmark. I have no problem with it. That is what you should have done instead of leaving me a terrible rating for brand new never worn with tags Tom's Shoes. They will send you a tag and put them in the mail. The picture is an adequate color description and if you wanted a particular specific color of brown then ask a question on the item.
