@alex_ramey dear you’d think when u offered only 1/3rd of the price not even half that’s such a low ball that one would assume your willing to do some back b forth on the offers yet you declined my first counter lol. This is why people decline low balls off the jump but I try to allow for those who just like to negotiate. If your actually negotiating feel free to send another counter offer :)
