msbolster Hi There, I thought there was only the heel damage, thinking I could have them repaired. But there was 2, 3mm rips on each of the shoe and damage to the top back heel on one, leather missing.

msbolster @auntkaren_971 I’ve been checking with the post office and filed a claim. The mailman confirmed his truck was robbed of all mail and packages on 12/21/23, the day was to be delivered. So sad, I had 3 Poshmark packages to be delivered. I hope Poshmark reimburses you!
