dcmartinis Thanks for shopping in my closet. My closet is different than most on Posh as all of my items are brand new from the store with the tags still on and significantly marked down. becks72 Hi there. I am so sorry there is an issue with the sweater you ordered. I am not sure of the reason for the odor issue. None of my other customers have had any issues that I am aware of. If you aren’t satisfied with the purchase I can find out how to authorize a refund for you or you may return it , no problem.

alexnass3000 @njtreasures45 you have not been specific about what I am supposed to do, and I don’t know Poshmark’s processes about how to deal with this situation. I just want the sweater that I ordered. I am dismayed that your mixup has created a situation which I need to spend time helping you unravel it.

alexnass3000 @njtreasures45 I didn’t open it beyond confirming that it was not the sweater I ordered. At your direction, Today I reported to Poshmark that the order was not as described. You have indicated that I will get a shipping label. Once I get the shipping label and get my sweater, then I will ship the dress back. I will not ship the dress until I get my sweater.

njtreasures45 @alexnass3000 friend, i am sorry you are so upset, it was a mixup. I told you in advance of the situation unraveling. posh will give you a label ASAP (usually on 48 hrs). PLEASE don’t make this other buyer wait to ship once you have the label. You are 100% covered for the purchase. By both me and POSH. I am a reputable seller who made an error. Error stink but they happen. If you would prefer, simply ship the dress & I’ll refund you.
