thomkirk1969 I received my crocs. But they are a size 11 in womens. That as did not state that. I wear an 11 in men’s. Can I return them and get the 12 in women’s?

franchyshop @badge2990 hello. That’s what I normally do when I made a mistake (send the correct shoes with a return label) but in this case because you opened a case that has been approved Posh will automatically send you a refund once I got the shoes back.. I’m sorry again for the inconvenience. I wish I could have helped but now we have to follow Posh process unfortunately
