agymnast37 @jaimeb19515 i have three! you can do that, or not. I tend to wear them to practice if it is close, but it the meet is far away, or i am going to wear a tech suit then i change there. not only is it more comfortable, it is better for the suit.

agymnast37 @jaimeb19515 right now most places won’t let you take a shower, but that’s normally what i do. After practice i take a shower, and get changed in the gym.
