Welcome to Poshmark! A great community of buyers and sellers. If you like an item make an offer to the buyer, you do not need to wait for the buyer to make you and offer. When making an offer, be respectful of the price. Most people will negotiate within reason of the asking price.

Thanks for your offer of my DSquared Leather jacket, but I can’t sell a $4000 jacket for $200.
After Poshmark’s 20% fees - that doesn’t make any financial sense at all - I am sure you can understand.
I countered your offer with the lowest that I am willing to go, which is still a fabulous deal for a designer brand.
