You just bought a red trench from me. I was hoping to mail it today, but I’m new to selling but couldn’t verify my info because I think I’d had a previous account with the same phone number and now it won’t let me verify. So I contacted customer service and am waiting to hear back (assuming they need to delete my old account). Just letting you know it may take a few extra days to get it out based on their response time and ability to help quickly. Sorry about that!
