ciaoginabella Hi. I just bought the It brush holder. You offered 22 and 4.99 shipping. I countered, you accepted, and the charged me full shipping. Why. I hate paying full shipping. One of the reason I got it was because of the 4.99. Can you find out what happened. It is the principal. I give them enough money. Gina

thedowneaster @ciaoginabella hey there 😊 when a seller lowers the price of an item by 10% or more, Poshmark offers $4.99 shipping on that item for a limited time. It only applies if you click “buy now.” Sorry it was a bit confusing, though you should have had to confirm the total price you’d be willing to pay including tax and shipping before submitting your offer.

ciaoginabella @thedowneaster Will look better. Just because you offer a lower main price should not forgo the shipping special. I purchased with in the time frame. Well that will be last purchase I will be making. Thank you so much for letting me know. Not your fault. Gina P.S. Take a look at my love letters, I go out of my way to make it the best experience they have. Just hoped I would be treated same way. And for Poshmark to do that is underhanded.

thedowneaster @ciaoginabella I agree - the same thing happens when sellers make private offers with lower shipping; if the buyer counters back, the shipping deal is no longer included in the offer 😕 Sorry again for the confusion, I wish I could edit the sale after the fact, but Poshmark does not have the feature.
