jamagonz I purchased a pair of shoes from you that you have described to have an alligator trim to it. Upon receiving the shoes, I was disappointed to see that the alligator trim is nothing but a faux textured material. I was not expecting this to be Faux. yourgoodfortune Welcome Posher, Whether you are going to buy, or sell I'll give you some advice. Make sure you share your own items to your followers frequently. Just because they’re following you doesn’t mean they have seen your entire closet, and when you share other Poshers items they typically share your items to their thousands of followers. I have Coach, Kate Spade and Michael Kors in my closet. Best Wishes

rinetee12 @alexambrands Yes but you owe me a refund for some of the shipping fee. That 7.45 was for expedited shipping for 1 to 3 days. So I expect compensation. It would have been nice if you had responded to me rather than after getting an automated generated reminded from poshmark. This is not good customer service and I'm very disappointed by it. I was just about to cancel. I messaged you several times and you just ignored them all.

alexambrands @rinetee12 sorry our communication was not instant. The shipping label is for 2 day shipping, and we shipped it within the Poshmark policies.

rinetee12 @alexambrands That's not what's listed for expedited shipping. Poshmark policy clearing states 1 to 3 days and if it was for 2 days as you say then you most certainly owe me credit. You may have shipped it within the 7 days, that's different from expedited. You should go back and check the policies. I do not want to keep going back and forth. I am trying to reason with you before I go to poshmark. You didn't even follow your own policy of shipping within 2 days.
