Hi @chakra127, I saw your rating:
- I’m sorry you didn’t like the box I shipped it in, but not sure how else I could have shipped it
- Did you charge the Clarisonic? It should turn on after being charged. The charger was included in the box.
- Regarding the build up, the brush is interchangeable. Maybe I should have removed it before sending, but since it was included in the image I decided to send it. You can and should replace the brush.
- I shipped it to the address Poshmark sent on the label
