anissaaah Hey girl I seen you commented on another sellers post of Adeline Tory burch boots. Do you have a Tory burch outlet near you? I just bought black ones for $200! They were $399 with 50% off. They had brown & black, also the Ashlynn boot they had too. Just don't want you to get ripped off 😀 I don't understand how some sellers can feel ok about pricing a item for more than it's even sold in stores lol. hopefully I don't get in trouble for saying that but I just think it's the right thing to do! ❤️

balance198 Hey Alexandra. The Vince Camuto boots shows that it arrived at facility 10039 post office at 10:45am on 12/3. Have you tried calling the post office?

aranftle @balance198 they are closed today but it says that the item was forwarded to a different address because the address or zip code on the label was incorrect. Did you ship it to zip code 10065?

Maybe your zip code was entered wrong? Everything is automated through their system so I just print- ship and mail

balance198 @aranftle not sure. Why is the post office closed today?? I would call them tomorrow and see what the story is. I’m assuming it was scanned it wrong at the post office and now it’s being re-routed. Very weird!

aranftle @balance198 I am not able to reach the post office if the package doesn’t arrived by Friday I will just cancel the order and request a refund 🤷🏼‍♀️

balance198 @aranftle when i plug in the tracking number, it’s saying that it was forwarded to a diff address in NY bc of forwarding instructions or bc the address or zip on label was incorrect. (That’s why i asked you to check the settings you gave Poshmark but you said all was correct).

balance198 @aranftle I’ve never had an issue with any other packages and yours was the only one i sent to a NY address that week and all my other buyers got theirs from that same week so something is def up and i feel the post office must have screwed something up on their end. I contacted Poshmark in the meantime to see if they can help you and get this all sorted out!

balance198 @aranftle Hi. Unfortunately i cannot do anything from my end. You have to open a case through Poshmark. Go into the settings and click Poshmark support. You’ll have to follow the instructions that way.
