I made a mistake and packed the wrong jeans and when I went back and got them from the post office it voided the label. I am trying to get a hold of Poshmark because the option to print a new label is no longer available and they have yet to respond back. drewspae @alexandra626 Hi I left you a message about the L'agence Jean's you bought from me I had an issue at the post office and they marked the package as delivered which canceled the postage. I am trying to get a new label from Poshmark but they send canned email responses that have nothing to do with what I asked them. There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone. I sent another email and tried to cancel the order but it can't be canceled once it is shipped.

drewspae @alexandra626 I have no idea how to resolve this. The item shows as delivered. You may want to contact them to let them know that the item was not delivered. Once they fix that I can send a new offer identical to the 1st one and get these shipped. I apologize for the problem and inconvenience. The app is not set up to resolve issues like this.
