Hi Alexandra. Welcome to Poshmark! The Shelly Segal gown is brand new with tags and as I'm sure you know one of her classic pieces. I paid full price(don't even ask) and am willing to come down a bit but your offer is just too low. I will try lowering the price to see if it will ship for free.
