hughestoyou Hi Alexandra, I am just getting the msg from poshmark about you claiming the Uggs were not authentic? These were a gift to my daughter and they were authentic had the correct product number and ugg tags. Why would you claim they are not real? Did you just want your money back? I'd like to hear your side of this and I am not a scammer and there are a lot of women that have been on here just to get their money back so disappointing.

aly_1127 @hughestoyou Hi, yes when I first received your package I was happy the note cute, packing was beautiful & cause they looked new. However, when I began to observe them & try them on that's when I began to doubt; I have owned authentic UGGS before as a matter of fact the bailey buttons are my favorite UGGS. I got a second opinion and I got a second opinion and I decided to email Poshmark and, they gave me the option to send them the boots to verify their authenticity.

hughestoyou @aly_1127 so you sent them to poshmark? that is interesting since they didnt tell me that and to be honest since my daughter never wore them and before I put them for sale I did some researching as well on the number on the tag being 5803 and they looked just like any other ugg bailey button boots and it matched up according to me but then again I have never wore a pair so I would have had no clue...

hughestoyou .I am just disappointed because the sellers have no protection and I would never try and sell fake items. This is all new to me and I am sorry this happened. Looks like my daughter received a fake pair as well then as a gift. I am disappointed that Poshmark handles these issues before contacting me.

hughestoyou Now they are asking me to return my money and without getting the boots back. One of these days this will happen to you as it has for many other sellers and you will see how it feels. Not a good feeling at all. When things like this happen it makes Poshmark not fun at all especially when I take this seriously as a business.

aly_1127 @hughestoyou first off don't act like your the victim; would you have been happy in spending 125 on something fake? & if would contacted you directly and sent them back would you have given me a full refund including my shipping I don't think so! So I had to use my resources! I'm disappointed and I'm glad they took the boots so you don't deceive another person! For someone who has been a seller for a long time & has sold plenty of UGGS you should know the difference by now!
