They asked me more info of the card today and apologized . Please wait for their reply. Let me know after they explain to you. Is not my fault and l feel bad. I assume a lot of people get scammed here. I am not one of those who does this

mellissarm Hi! Thanks for buying my Chanel espadrilles. They are great! However, upon packing (shoes have been wrapped inside original box for 2 years), I see a yellow spot on the left exterior seem. I read online this is a sign of the glue having oxidized. You can definitely take it to Chanel for cleaning since it’s a manufacturing flaw. But I don’t want you to be unhappy. What would you like me to do?

mellissarm @andrakassab77 I’m sorry for the bad news. But yes, I called Chanel here in San Fran and they said it’s as simple as bringing them in. Because you didn’t buy take them with box. It’s not super noticeable. But I’d leave it to the experts to repair.
